Custom Logo Printing on Box Surface

The client wanted elegant cursive branding “Proud & Pretty” on the clean white rigid box. Our team recommended precise screen printing craft to restore the smooth, flowing strokes of this script font. We adjusted the ink density and printing position repeatedly during pre-production sampling, to avoid broken lines and uneven ink laydown. The final logo presents delicate, clean lettering that matches the client’s premium brand aesthetic perfectly.

Custom EVA Foam Insert for Test Tube Bottles

This box is designed for holding a set of spice test tube bottles. To guarantee a snug, secure fit for each tube, our packaging engineer requested physical bottle samples from the client at the early design stage. We measured the exact diameter, height and shoulder size of each sample bottle, then drafted the foam cutting layout accordingly. Multiple layout revisions were made before cutting the EVA insert. Every slot is precision cut, so each glass test tube sits firmly without shaking or scratching during transit. This step helps us eliminate size mismatch risk and avoid costly rework after mass production.

We keep strict quality control throughout production, and the finished boxes were packed neatly into export cartons before shipment to Canada.
